Hi, I’m Simran Dhonchik, a passionate Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform Functional Consultant with multiple years of experience helping organizations streamline customer service processes and achieve operational excellence.

Over the years, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to large enterprises, helping them implement and optimize Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. My expertise lies in D365 Customer Service, Power Pages and Power Apps.  I’m also certified in MB-230 Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant, PL-200 Power Platform Functional Consultant and various MS fundamentals – Azure, Power Platform and more. 

This blog is my platform to share insights, tips, and strategies for leveraging Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Service effectively. My goal is to contribute to the Dynamics community, empower professionals, and work towards earning Microsoft MVP status by delivering value to the ecosystem.

Outside of work, I’m an avid Diversity and Inclusion promoter, plants enthusiast and I love exploring innovative ways to improve both business processes and personal growth.
